A native of Sabah, Melvin Migin spends as much time taking photographs as he does hunting with his blowpipe in the jungles of Borneo. Based in Kota Kinabalu, Melvin works as an educator, spending much of his waking hours with children and teenagers.

It has been an interesting week contributing to dailyMalaysia.org. I’ll close my week of photos with this pic. Kota Kinabalu used to be known as Jesselton, back in the days when Sabah was called North Borneo. In its heyday, the Jesselton hotel used to the place to be seen.
