If you go to toilet you need to pay 20 cents, if you want to parking you need to pay parking tickets, if you want to eat pesembor you need to to have $$$$$
I think better you contact the owner of this pic and working something like sum of money or otherwise you kill the market.

yessss. And Maybe pay the cook on the photo, and the guy who has made the little mobile kitchen, and pay the people who created the sidewalk, the knife too, very important. If we don’t give money to all these people, We will kill the market!!!
More seriously.
1. Contacting the author of the photo is always a MUST, not necessary for money, it depends on the terms of use of the photographs.
2. Trickier: If used for a commercial use, the cook on the photo may have something to say about having his face used in this context.
