I always had dreamed to buy some virgin land, and build a house – primitive, strong and full of life, and with my own hands. Perhaps my dream will come true. Last week, Maureen and I bought some property not far from Miri, Sarawak. It has two fish ponds, a little hill with ficus, durian fruit trees, palm trees and some jungle fruit, of which I don’t know the name. Today it was raining when we came to visit our land.

 

  1. Frogs were having a quaking competition, and snakehead fish jumped out from the water for the many mosquitoes flying too low above the water mirror. I don’t know where the Bible’s Garden of Eden was located, but for sure I know my one.
