info

Everyone is familiar with the ‘teng teng teng’ clanging of the bell from the roti man selling breads. He is punctual and everyone waits for his arrival to get their daily breads. Such are familiar scenes around the smaller towns around Malaysia. Children love his visits because he brings with him snacks and sweets.

  1. didnt know roti man still exist in Klang Valley till I saw a couple of days ago. I cant find one around my housing area anymore… :(

  3. Hi Lilian
I am a Malaysian living in the UK. Featuring your rotiman picture and article on my podcast in March 06. I hope this will help increase awareness of our culture in UK and do get in touch if you’re interested to be interviewed! All the best!
